By accessing or using justdevs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
justdevs is a pastebin service that allows users to create, share, and manage text-based content including code snippets, configuration files, and logs. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts
You may use the Service anonymously or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Spam or flood the Service with unwanted content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for phishing or any form of social engineering
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant justdevs a limited license to store and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Premium Subscription
The Premium plan is available for a one-time payment of $10.49. This grants you permanent access to all Premium features for the lifetime of the Service.
No Refunds. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for Premium subscriptions under any circumstances. Please review the features carefully before purchasing.
7. Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine to be harmful to the Service or its users. We may also terminate accounts for repeated violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, justdevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
